Lee Green has triumphed in the prestigious Shakespeare Wye festival, taking home the £1,200 prize plus tackle.
Three anglers tied for first place with five points, but it was the Gloucester man who emerged victorious on a countback of section wins, the highlight being a 35lb 10oz catch of perch.
In second place was Andrew Murphy of Tredegar tackle with venue expert Hadrian Whittle (Kamasan Starlets) finishing third in the three day event.
