Matt Maginnis won the River Wye Championship by just 2oz after weighing in a clonking 72lb 2oz of chub.
The MAP/Dynamite Baits rod beat a massive field of 160 to take the £600 top prize, after plundering fish to 4lb on a speci waggler.
Matt was pegged at 96 on the Eign section and he just did enough to see off the challenge of runner up Richard Candy on 72lb.
