Shimano County Champs final won by Lincolnshire

The Shimano County Championship final at Barston Lakes and Packington Somers was won in emphatic style by Lincolnshire.

The team consisting of Tony Evans, Mick Stamp, Paul Christie, Luke Morley and Rob Morris recorded 30 points, with their worst score being a 13th in the 46 peg sections, of which two were at Barston and three at Packington.

Lancashire finished second with weight giving them the verdict over Berkshire after a tie on 59 points.
