National Fishing Month dates announced

The annual National Fishing Month is set to go ahead this year, with hundreds of angling related events set to run between July 19 and August 26.

Officials from the Angling Trust and Environment Agency have once again teamed up with a series of other organisations with the aim of bringing new blood into the sport.

In 2012, over 14,000 people took part in sessions up and down the country and it is hoped that number will be even higher this time round.
