Big Linch Hill common from the margins
This sought-after Oxfordshire common was snared in the margins by Nathan Jackson.
The Manchester angler caught the 41lb 8oz fish, known as Toe Jam, after making the trip down to Christchurch on the Linch Hill complex for a four-night stay.
“I fished a standard rig in the margins where I kept seeing the fish patrol,” said Nathan. “Four hours later I was in!”
The 25-year-old baited with 10 to 15 Sticky Krill and Vor-Tex Plus boilies and fished his hookbait on a Drennan Continental hook tied to Korda N-trap anchored to a 4oz lead.
