39lb 8oz mirror tops three fish haul for Ted Bryan

This 39lb 8oz mirror was the highlight of a three fish catch for Ted Bryan during a 48 hour session on a Kent clubwater.

The Sydenham-based Nash consultant found a group of fish showing off the back of a strong south westerly wind and positioned two rods behind a weedbed at 40yds range over 1kg of Nash iC-1 and Scopex Squid boilies.

On the first evening he landed a 27lb 6oz mirror which he followed up just before first light with the big mirror. He then moved swims for the last night and rounded off the trip with a 34lb mirror.

All his fish were landed with Nash Linklet and 20lb Armour Braid combi-rigs attached to size 8 Nash Fang X hooks.
