Angling Times’ very own Ian Jones got his spring bream campaign off to a flyer with the capture of this 11lb 9oz specimen. His new personal best for the species fell from a VauxhallAngling Society pit. The all-important bite came at 6am after the large specimen engulfed his Sonubaits 10mm Oozing pineapple pop-up hookbait. Ian fished 25g inline Method feeders over a spod mix.
