7lb 7oz chub in mid-Trent triple triumph

Robert Bown’s latest River Trent session turned into a species hunt as he banked a
23lb 12oz carp, a 14lb 6oz barbel and a 7lb 7oz chub (above). 

The 3FootTwitch-backed angler targeted a middle section of the waterway over a 46-hour period. The three biggest fish, as well a smaller carp and three more chub, all fell to Redemption boilies presented in conjunction with Bank Tackle Continental hooks and Castaway PVA bags loaded with freebies.
